Group Runs
Starting August 7, for those interested, we will meet for long runs on Saturday mornings (6am) at White Rock Lake (Emerald Isle Rd entrance).  Running with the group is completely optional, but it will be a great way to make new friends sharing a common goal and cause, as well as extra motivation and accountability.
